Lexus of Akron/Canton is looking for experienced auto sales associates to develop relationships and act as a consultant to grow our business. Lexus of Akron/Canton was recognized as an Elite of Lexus Dealership in 2024. This is our 8th Year in a Row! We will train the right candidate for a career in sales. Lexus of Akron/Canton offers a first class facility with a new state of the art facility, world class luxury vehicles, certified used vehicles, $600 automotive allowance towards a lease with completion of the Lexus Master Certification Program, a supportive management group, and a comfortable, conversational sales process that earns us the highest customer satisfaction scores in the industry. Our sales hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM, Saturday from 9AM to 5PM and closed Sunday (5 day work week). Not sure if the car business is for you? Job Purpose: To sell/lease new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Job Duties:

• Networking and generating a potential customer base for sale of cars.
• Arranging and assisting for test drives of vehicles.
• Offering and demonstrating product details to clients.
• Assisting customers in finding an appropriate vehicle of their convenience.
• Assisting in giving information to customers regarding financing options for vehicles.
• Ensuring proper documentation processes and legal transfer of the vehicle to the customer name.
• Providing necessary after sales support functions for service and maintenance for vehicles.
• Meeting all set sales targets and making evaluation and market feedback reports.
• Keeping track of all market products and prices.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relating abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Should have technical know-how of all the functionality of vehicles.

Job Requirements:

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Management is an added advantage.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good computer skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Available evenings and weekends
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver's license.
