A Day in the Life

The Senior Finance and Treasury Analyst will play a pivotal role within the treasury department, focusing on financial analysis, reporting, daily liquidity management, and supporting both internal and external financial transactions.

As a Senior Finance and Treasury Analyst, your responsibilities will include :

Leading financial analyses for corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure decisions, interest rate, and FX risk management, along with process improvement projects.

Serving as the primary treasury resource for financial planning, which includes :

Managing the budget and forecast cycle for the treasury department and the in-house bank.

Planning and reporting monthly cash flow for treasury-related activities.

Providing monthly reporting to executive leadership on treasury functions, financing activities, and customer service KPIs.

Offering thought leadership on process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the treasury function.

Assisting the treasury manager and analyst with daily cash positioning, in-house banking, cash pooling, and liquidity management.

Monitoring outstanding treasury requests to ensure a focus on customer service and KPIs.

Maintaining updated treasury records, policies, and compliance reporting, including debt compliance.

Supporting treasury leadership with various special projects and providing assistance with :

Cash management and forecasting decisions alongside operational departments.

New system implementations and adapting to process changes.

Enterprise-wide investment management initiatives.

Accounting, treasury, and industry research as needed.

Ensuring confidentiality of Company information accessed while performing job duties.

What We Need From You :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; Master’s degree preferred.

4-8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, consulting, or investment banking is required.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools is preferred.

A proactive approach to finding new technologies for process improvement is preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements :

The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job, including analyzing data, communicating effectively, and operating office equipment. The associate will frequently need to move about the office and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements :

Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% on a domestic basis).
