Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking parts and accessories, as well as picking and shipping items in our PDC.
About the Role
- Perform various warehouse functions, including unloading, sorting, stocking, palletizing, picking, packing, and stage replenishing using material handling equipment.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, such as narrow aisle reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and ensure accurate labeling and counting.
- Work safely and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area at all times.
- Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards.
- Consistently demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 0-2 years related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
