Annuity/Life Insurance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible growing our life insurance and annuity division by providing exceptional service to clients while effectively managing their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in sales techniques, and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. This position is extremely flexible and can be as part time or full time as the candidate would like to make it.

Duties

• Analyze client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
• Conduct marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products.
• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Life/Health License required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful policy agreements.
• Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and outside sales strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
