At The Front Climbing Club and Vertical Solutions , we're on a mission to push boundaries in the climbing and fitness industry. As a Project Manager , you'll play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance operations, improve efficiency, and align with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Plan & Execute Projects - Define scope, set outcomes, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage Timelines & Budgets - Keep projects on track, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Enhance Project Management Processes - Develop and refine workflows, training programs, and tracking systems.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration - Provide training and ongoing support for project teams.
- Drive Continuous Improvement - Use feedback tools and performance metrics to refine systems.
- Support Operational Strategies - Work cross-functionally to implement Agile Planning Processes and company tools.
- Other duties as assigned - We love team players who are eager to take on new challenges!

Work Environment : This role is primarily based in our Salt Lake City gym but may require visits to other locations in the Salt Lake Valley. Expect a mix of office time and hands-on involvement in a dynamic climbing-focused workspace. Occasional work outside regular hours may be required for company seminars and operational events.
A BOUT US
The Front Climbing Club was Utah's first indoor rock climbing gym, and one of the first in the nation. From its humble beginnings as The Body Shop back in the 80's to three best-in-class facilities today, The Front has never lost its soul or connection to its roots.
However, this position is not just for The Front - you will split your time between it and its sister company, Vertical Solutions.
Vertical Solutions is the largest domestic climbing wall builder and offers everything needed to get climbers off the ground - walls, holds and pads. This manufacturing-heavy side of the gig requires broad recruiting and compliance experience.
We do not offer easy jobs. We simply cannot slow down enough to kick back and relax while we are at work, but we highly encourage you to shut off your devices and email and disappear into the mountains on your own time.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
