Salary: $20-$26 per hour

What You'll Do
- Set and forerun compelling, safe, and creative boulders and routes across varied wall angles and heights
- Meet productivity goals (4 boulders or 2-3 rope routes per shift)
- Use industry-standard safety and rope-access systems
- Maintain and organize tools, holds, and hardware
- Collaborate in team forerunning sessions to ensure high route quality
- Support comps, youth programs, and adaptive climbing events
- Keep route records and communication up to date using Microsoft Suite and Pebble
- Contribute to the larger climber experience through thoughtful route setting and teamwork
- At least 1 year of commercial setting experience (5 years of general work experience)
- Solid climbing knowledge and rope-access skills
- Physical ability to work at heights (up to 70 ft) and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for community-building
- Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and work at multiple gym locations)
- CWI Certification required upon hire
- CWA Work At Height and USAC Level 1 (or higher) certifications preferred
