We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clerical tasks related to the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. This role requires working knowledge in accounting software and an understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Utilize accounts payable software for efficient processing.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Assist with inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Support Business Manager in other related items as needed.
