Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender and other duty’s including potential delivery coming soon in the Hallowell area. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our dispensary. Your passion for cannabis and commitment to helping customers find the right products will contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience.
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system and manage cash register operations.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed.
- Upsell additional products by understanding customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
- Uphold compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Foster a friendly and informative environment that encourages repeat business.
- Delivery in the future must be avaliable during shift to make deliveries.
Skills

- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain cleanliness in the dispensary.
- Must have a valid driving license to make deliveries in a timley manner.
