What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fudgery Shift Leader and Team Lead position at The Fudgery?

The Fudgery’s unique brand of “Fudge and Fun” started in 1980, and we continue to entertain customers today. Our magic begins with the sweet smell of homemade fudge floating through the air, and continues with our customers staying for the laughs and fudge tunes.
NOTE: MUST be available for weekend rotation as needed and BLACK FRIDAY. Potential to work more hours based on need and performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Customer service skills
- Fun, outgoing personality
- Communication skills
- Point of Sales experience
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work well with others
- Teachable and willing to have fun while working intentionally
- Available to work open and/or close shifts
- Able to lift/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- May be asked to sing a song and/or tell a family friendly joke
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Previous assistant manager experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
