Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices during food preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in grocery store environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
