The Motor Coach Driver is an essential member of our transportation team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers. Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of driving hours, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the dispatch department immediately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Valid CDL with a passenger endorsement.
• At least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
