Located in Liberty, Missouri, The Fullinwider Firm, LLC is looking to hire a full-time CPA to help lead and guide our clients, projects & practice. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors of Accounting
• Licensed Certified Public Account (CPA)
• 2-4 years of overall general accounting experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• 3 years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Strong familiarity with bank reconciliations
• Foundational knowledge in Profit Loss
• Month end closings experience
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
• Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Candidates Will Have Exposure to a Wide Variety of Projects, Including but Not Limited to:
• Assist in monthly/yearly close process
• Manage fixed asset tracking
• Provide technical support to management team
• Liaison between project team and customers to manage monthly collection efforts
• Provide weekly cash collection forecast
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support various yearly audits
• Participate in yearly budget process
• Complete monthly reconciliation of credit cards and bank statements
• Research and resolve financial discrepancies
• Other key projects as necessary
