Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for certification of all data. The position will also perform research, complete projects and quality assurance audits.
Some of the primary responsibilities will include :
Data Processing - Performs data entry, correction, posting and research activities for all document classes.
- Access title information applications and workflow tools to view legal document images and prepare for data entry, correction, posting and research activities.
- Review legal documents and applies Fund Standards and research results to determine required information for data entry, corrections, posting and research activities.
- Classify documents into the correct index category. (e.g. PI / GI / NI)
- Enter / correct / research all required fields for all document classes.
- Enter / research / validate posted legal descriptions for all document classes.
Certification - performs all actions required to meet timely Certification of all documents
Quality Assurance - performs assigned quality assurance audits
You will be required to have a High school diploma or equivalent.
