Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for certification of all data. The position will also perform research, complete projects and quality assurance audits.

Some of the primary responsibilities will include :

Data Processing - Performs data entry, correction, posting and research activities for all document classes.

  • Access title information applications and workflow tools to view legal document images and prepare for data entry, correction, posting and research activities.
  • Review legal documents and applies Fund Standards and research results to determine required information for data entry, corrections, posting and research activities.
  • Classify documents into the correct index category. (e.g. PI / GI / NI)
  • Enter / correct / research all required fields for all document classes.
  • Enter / research / validate posted legal descriptions for all document classes.

Certification - performs all actions required to meet timely Certification of all documents

  • Ensure that all data entry, correction, mapping and research tasks are complete in accordance with Certification Standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining "best possible" Certification status and updating status.
  • Quality Assurance - performs assigned quality assurance audits

  • Responsible for auditing data to ensure compliance to Fund Standards.
  • Complete assignments within acceptable range of error percentage according to Title Plant guidelines / standards / procedures.
  • Consistently strives to achieve service goals.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of productivity, as determined by The Fund's productivity system.
  • You will be required to have a High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience needed to be successful : :

  • One to two years data entry experience required. Minimum typing skills of 40 WPM, required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
