Job Description :

In this role, you will be responsible for certification of all data. The position will also perform research, complete projects and quality assurance audits.

Some of the primary responsibilities will include :

Data Processing - Performs data entry, correction, posting and research activities for all document classes.

Access title information applications and workflow tools to view legal document images and prepare for data entry, correction, posting and research activities.
Review legal documents and applies Fund Standards and research results to determine required information for data entry, corrections, posting and research activities.
Classify documents into the correct index category. (e.g. PI / GI / NI)
Enter / correct / research all required fields for all document classes.
Enter / research / validate posted legal descriptions for all document classes.

Certification - performs all actions required to meet timely Certification of all documents

Ensure that all data entry, correction, mapping and research tasks are complete in accordance with Certification Standards.

Responsible for maintaining "best possible" Certification status and updating status.

Quality Assurance - performs assigned quality assurance audits

Responsible for auditing data to ensure compliance to Fund Standards.

Complete assignments within acceptable range of error percentage according to Title Plant guidelines / standards / procedures.

Consistently strives to achieve service goals.

Maintain an acceptable level of productivity, as determined by The Fund's productivity system.

You will be required to have a High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience needed to be successful : :

One to two years data entry experience required. Minimum typing skills of 40 WPM, required.

Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
