We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the store owners in daily activities and operational tasks
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail setting
- Strong background in retail sales
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and sales management abilities
- Ability to develop and conduct training for staff
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
