Selling Store Manager for The Furniture Warehouse, a Successful Leading Independent 6 Store Furniture Chain in Southwest Florida.
The Furniture Warehouse is currently seeking a Highly Motivated Store Manager with Proven Sales Experience and Management Skills. The store manager is responsible for personal selling as well as management of the entire sales team.
Responsibilities Include:
Coaching and training sales team and techniques
Managing sales schedules and managing coverage of the store location
Managing a Floor Coordinator with design and tagging
Requirements:
Demonstrated success of past commission sales, preferably in furniture
At least 3 years in sales management in a retail furniture setting
Compensation/Benefits: Excellent Compensation package $60,000- $80,000, Includes Salary, Commission and Bonus. We offer comprehensive company sponsored health, dental, vision and life insurance. In addition, we have paid vacation, profit sharing plan, and deep furniture discount
