What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Receiving Manager (Degree Required) position at The Furniture Warehouse?
We are currently looking for a Assistant Warehouse Manager for our warehouse in Sarasota. A multi retail furniture chain with a 120,000 sq. ft. Warehouse. State of the art radio frequency bar coded warehouse.
Must have 5-7 years management experience in a warehouse facility. The position involves management of 35 warehouse employees. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility with weekend coverage is necessary. Must have good organizational and communication skills. Must have good inventory/accounting skills with accuracy, and good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Training in lift certifications helpful. Must be able to move and lift heavy objects.
