Job Responsibilities:
The Care Partner will be responsible for providing assistance to residents in an Assisted Living facility. Duties may include helping with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The Care Partner will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Qualifications:
- Care Partners/STNA certification
- Prior experience working in Assisted Living facilities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
