What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at The Gables of Shelley Memory Care?
We are looking for a part time, thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our community. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our community clean and in an orderly condition.
Pay is based off of experience!! $14-15 per hour
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Check stocking levels
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies
Skills
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language

Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong cleaning and floor care skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial management practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
