What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Medical Assistant position at The Gabrielson Clinic?
The Gabrielson Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant teammate to join our expanding and fast paced OB/GYN office. The personal traits of this individual must align with the positive energy of our team and be motivated to provide outstanding customer care to our patients. Clinical tasks may include taking patient medical histories, obtaining vital signs & assisting with procedures. Administrative responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and prescription refills.
An ideal candidate would have at least one year of medical assisting or other healthcare experience, an understanding of OB/GYN medical terminology and is proficient with a computer. A medical assistant certification is required. Travel will be required.
