About the Role:
We’re looking for a Game Advisor/Sales Associate who’s ready to dive into a fast-paced, fun, and engaging work environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a crucial role in handling shipments, managing inventory, assisting customers, creating engaging content, and ensuring the store looks its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing: Assist in creating content for our website and social media. Experience in filming, editing, and basic motion graphics is a must!
- Graphic Design & Marketing (Preferred): Help design store signage, promotional materials, and online graphics.
- Retail & Sales: Assist customers, ring up purchases, and provide recommendations based on gaming trends and pop culture knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Receive and document incoming shipments, organize products, and ensure accurate tracking via Shopify.
- Store Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain a neat and tidy workspace, restock shelves, and use cleaning supplies as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Process online and phone orders, ensuring fast and accurate shipping.
- Event Support: Help run live events, tournaments, and in-store gaming nights.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Required:
- Strong background in video production and editing (experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software).
- Passion for pop culture, gaming, and collectibles—if you geek out over games, movies, and comics, you’ll fit right in!
- Comfortable using cleaning supplies and keeping the store presentable.
✅ Preferred (But Not Required – We’ll Teach!):
- Background in marketing or sales.
- Knowledge of board games, trading card games, and tabletop RPGs.
