Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing product features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the auto sales experience for customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Familiarity with technology sales or willingness to learn
