Job Summary
New small bistro opening at The Garden Center in Branson West/Reed Springs area! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic attendants to join our new Bistro. We serve sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries. This is not a server position as customer will order food at the counter. This is your chance to show your food creativity and to build a restaurant from the ground up!
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and a passion for food creation and service. This role involves food preparation, food carrying, cashiering and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The Attendant will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting various food service operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, serving and wringing up guests.
- Food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner, adhering to proper serving techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
