Job Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of machinery, including skid steers, tele-handlers, loaders, and forklifts, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Material Handling: Load and unload materials, supplies, and products using the appropriate equipment, maintaining accuracy and always following safety protocols.
3. Site Maintenance: Contribute to keeping the work environment clean and organized by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and assisting with general site cleanliness.
4. Equipment Inspection: Perform routine inspections of all equipment to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly, ensuring the machinery operates smoothly and safely.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks, prioritize workload, and support the overall efficiency of operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an equipment operator, with expertise in operating skid steers, tele-handlers, loaders, and forklifts.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
