Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Environmental Science, Outdoor Education, Psychology, Child Development or related field
* Strong communication and teaching skills
* Experience in training individuals and groups
* Passion for outdoor education and environmental stewardship
* Ability to work effectively in an outdoor setting
