Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and offer exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers, recommending products, and processing transactions efficiently.
• Merchandising: Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining displays to ensure the store is well-presented and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Monitor product levels, replenish stock as needed, and assist in inventory counts.
• Checkout Operations: Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following store policies and procedures.
• Holiday Support: Provide extra support during peak shopping times, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as required.
