The Gardens at Aldersgate is looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is highly motivated, energetic, dependable, and very comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. This person should be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of service delivery and an ability to engage with a variety of employees. This individual must have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a variety of duties including but not limited to:
Ordering and handling of office supplies
Reviewing and managing application system
Scheduling interviews and handling onboarding process
Updating and ensuring compliance and contracts are up to date
Assisting Human Resources with conducting orientation
Assisting the Administrator in various duties
Staff appreciation and engagement
