We are currently seeking a dynamic Campus Admissions and Marketing Director -to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive admissions, foster strong industry relationships, and ensure seamless transitions for our residents.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring :
- Healthcare Experience : At least 2 years in a role such as Clinical Liaison, Director of Marketing, or Admissions Director, with a proven track record of census growth.
- Sales Expertise : Strong ability to present our services effectively and build valuable industry connections to enhance our payor mix.
- Clinical Insight : Experience reviewing referrals to assess clinical, equipment, and medication needs. LPN or Social Worker Preferred
- Insurance Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of insurance providers and financial criteria for admissions decisions.
