About the Role
The Gardens at Foley is seeking a skilled RN to oversee the care delivery team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and Monarch's Quality Assurance program. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized Plans of Care, and supervising nursing personnel to achieve optimal patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise tenant care teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Oversight of practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure quality care and patient safety.
Requirements
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
