LPN Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to residents under the supervision of the RN or AL Clinical Manager
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident plans of care
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the RN or physician
- Assist with training and development of unlicensed nursing staff
