About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct care to residents, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or AL Clinical Manager. This role involves implementing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician, and collecting resident health data to report changes or responses to interventions.
The LPN plays a crucial part in developing and modifying the resident Plan of Care, assigning and monitoring nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed nursing staff, and ensuring that all nursing activities support residents in achieving their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
