The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a Nurse Scheduler to join our skilled nursing team in Gettysburg, PA. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring optimal staffing levels, tracking attendance, and maintaining an efficient and fair scheduling system.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Management : Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and update changes, and approve shift trades as delegated by the Director of Nursing (DON).
- Attendance Tracking : Monitor call-offs, tardiness, and early departures, and ensure timely coordination with HR for attendance policy administration.
- Reporting : Provide accurate reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing, vacancies, agency usage, and other assigned topics.
- Payroll Accuracy : Prepare and submit complete payroll reports in a timely manner.
- Employment Verification : Verify employment data and background information for job applicants.
