Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assume a leadership role at our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA.
This is a full-time position with a 1st shift schedule and on-call rotation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a geriatric population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure provision of quality patient care
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in planning and management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in this state
- Over two years' supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related facility
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
