This full-time role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and payroll processing for our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA.

Position Overview

As the HR / Payroll Director, you will oversee and manage timekeeping, payroll systems, and HR processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture by supporting staff and leadership through effective human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management :  Maintain an efficient payroll system, process accurate time records, and prepare timely payroll reports.
• HR Administration :  Implement policies and procedures governing HR functions, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Data Management :  Enter and update employee information in the HRIS system, including payroll, benefits, and personal data.
• Talent Acquisition :  Screen and interview candidates, verify employment data, and process new hire paperwork.
• Employee Support :  Assist managers with addressing employee concerns and coaching staff to improve workplace performance.
• Orientation and Onboarding :  Facilitate new employee orientation to ensure smooth integration into the team.
• Benefits Management :  Maintain records for health, dental, life insurance, PTO, FMLA, and other employee benefits.
