What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at The Gardens at Orangeville?
As a Nursing Assistant at The Gardens at Orangeville, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with their established Care Plans. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping residents get out of bed according to their individual plans. You will also interact with residents, family members, and colleagues in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner. To be successful in this position, you must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and have successfully completed a State-approved training program. A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred. You should also be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $25.00, plus shift differentials, and a range of benefits to support the well-being of our employees.
