What we're looking for in a Caregiver
- To be successful as a Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll need a high school diploma or GED.
- CNA Certification is a plus!
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
- Your commitment to ongoing education, with a minimum of 12 hours of in-service training per year, will ensure you stay informed on best practices in care.
- Access to reliable transportation is a must, and you should be at least 18 years old with a clean criminal record.
