The Gardens at Stevens is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to lead our Personal Care Home operations in Denver, PA.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative and clinical activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Fiscal Management : Develop, manage, and adhere to the budget; ensure timely and accurate fiscal reporting; approve capital expenditures.Staff Oversight : Lead the selection, development, training, and management of employees, ensuring an engaged and high-performing team.Community Operations & Marketing : Drive the growth and reputation of the community through effective operations and marketing strategies.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards governing the facility.Emergency Response : Be available to respond to community needs, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.Qualifications
A minimum of one year of leadership experience in a Personal Care Home setting.Valid and unrestricted Personal Care Home Administrator license as required by the state.What We Offer
