Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Representative to become the newest member of our Community Relations team at Gardens at Town Square Community, a beautiful retirement community in Bellevue, WA. The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. We do this by providing a holistic approach to senior living, filled with passion, energy and happiness! Shifts will be scheduled Sunday-Thursday.

Primary Responsibilities :
The Community Relations Representative will help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals. This includes developing and closing leads with potential residents, coordinating the move-in process, developing relationships with referral sources, and assisting with special events. This role is responsible to conduct tours for interested parties, maintain relationships with potential residents; coordinate admission process for Independent and Assisted Living residents.
