The Gardens at West Shore, a premier skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position plays a vital role in providing exceptional therapy services to our residents, promoting independence, and improving quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver occupational therapy services to residents in alignment with established standards, company procedures, and productivity guidelines, as directed by the OT.
- Conduct resident screenings at regular intervals to assess the need for intervention or treatment, as permitted by state practice laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the OT to assist in developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and communicate resident progress to the OT and interdisciplinary team.
