Schedule: 30–40 hours per week

Facility Size: 80-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility

The Gardens at York Terrace is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who is passionate about long-term care and looking to grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

• Help coordinate and supervise nursing staff schedules and assignments.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure that changes are promptly communicated to the appropriate team members and family.

• Assist with audits, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting, preferably as an ADON, Nurse Manager, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations in long-term care.

• Experience with geriatric care is strongly preferred.
