Key Responsibilities
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain referral opportunities with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
- Liaison Duties : Act as the primary point of contact between the facility and referral sources, ensuring strong collaboration.
- Drive Admissions : Convert referrals into new residents through effective communication and coordination with the admissions team.
- Community Outreach : Promote facility services through networking, presentations, and active engagement in local events.
- Seamless Transitions : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming admission process for residents and families.
