Facility: 80-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility
Salary: negotiable, and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of patient care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff, ensuring optimal work results and patient outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes the needs of our residents and their families, promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Serve as a vital resource for patients and the healthcare team by addressing inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
• Proactively monitor residents' conditions, ensuring that significant changes are communicated promptly to physicians and family members or responsible parties.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of one year of leadership experience in a long-term care setting, ideally as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or Director of Nursing (DON).
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
• Experience working with the geriatric population is preferred, showcasing your commitment to this vital demographic.
