Front Desk Representative
Our Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their entire experience at The Gardens Casino. This role requires a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor to greet and assist visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all customers entering the casino in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage customer check-in, respond to inquiries, and provide advice and referrals as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all casino promotions and events to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Handle high volumes of phone calls and transfer calls to relevant personnel efficiently.
- Assist with tournament registration, cash handling, and ticket sales.
- Update customer personal information into the system as necessary.
- Work interchangeably at the welcome desk and tournament registration desk.
