Responsible for the cleanliness of floors, kitchen dishrooms, walks in freezers, drains, floor mats, grease traps, garbage disposals and overall cleanliness of kitchen, dishrooms, storerooms and corridors.
Follows proper procedures for warewashing.
Empties waste into trash and removes the trash to designated areas.
Sweeps and mops kitchen area.
