**Job Details:**
- Shifts available: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a.
- Every other weekend is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
- Act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident care activities and outcomes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
**Requirements:**
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
