Position Overview :
This is a Monday through Friday position , offering a stable and consistent schedule. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Support and guide nursing staff in daily operations and clinical activities.
- Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Facilitate communication among staff, patients, and families to address concerns and provide updates on patient progress.
