Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at The Gardens of Cedar Rapids. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, managing expenses, and overseeing strategic planning processes.
The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is a new, state-of-the-art continuum of care located in the Cedar Rapids area. With 30 Assisted and Independent Living Apartments, 12 Memory Support Apartments, and 40 Skilled Nursing Suites, we offer every level of care our aging population needs.
Qualifications include the following:
*Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Iowa
*Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or similar role
*Passionate about quality care
*Excellent DIAL survey history
*Comprehensive understanding of DIAL and CMS rules and regulations
*Background in census development strategies
*Proven leadership capabilities with exemplary employee relations skills
