The Gardens of Mount Pleasant is offering Full-time and Part-time NOC positions for resident assistants. Shifts are 11:00 pm to 7:30 am depending on the needs of the building.
- Our Overnight Caregivers work 8 hour shifts, making sure our residents' needs are met throughout the evening, as well as completing various tasks to make sure the building is ready for the day shift to begin.
Essential NOC Resident Assistant responsibilities:
- Answers signal lights
- Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
- Turns and re-positions residents every two hours, alone or with assistance
- Light housekeeping in common/main areas
- Completes shift documentation

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be CBRF certified on the registry
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- At least 2 years of experience in caregiving in a healthcare facility setting or assisted living.
- Compassionate, consistent, trustworthy, dependable, and professional individuals.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Able to pass criminal background check and DHS check
- Desire to make a difference!
