What You’ll Do:
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence in daily activities.
- Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and functional skills.
- Observe and report residents’ progress and responses to therapy, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the care team to support personalized, goal-oriented rehabilitation for each resident.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid OTA License in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
