Essential Job Duties :
- Partner with the Executive School Director managing the daily operations of the school including marketing, student enrollment, and financials.
- Maintain accurate financial accounting of the School operation.
- Assist in planning annual budget and manage the operational budget as approved.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to hire, train, and supervise a team of passionate, committed teachers.
- Maintain personal records and ensure confidentiality.
- Maintain effective communication between School staff and parents.
- Conducts parent and child interviews before School enrollment.
- Works with Executive Director providing coaching, counseling and conducting timely performance reviews for School staff.
