The Gardner School of Cincinnati is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Teachers to join our professional team of educators!

The Gardner School is a state-of-the-art, educational program for young children and their families. We have a supportive environment for staff with low teacher turn-over, competitive pay and benefits. Our school in Cincinnati is growing in enrollment and looking to add the best and brightest to our team. Ideal candidates will have some college education and/or some experience working with young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop off and pick up times daily.
  • Ensure the safety of each child.
  • Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software.
  • Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies.
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with the parents and coworkers.
  • Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • One year professional experience.
  • Must love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, including personal face-to-face communications with parents, staff, and children.
  • Strong organizational and professional skills.
  • Computer literacy knowledge.
  • Experience working with infants to preschoolers.

Floater Teacher Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
